A favorite brekfast or snack for my kids is the low carb pancake!
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cream
raw vanilla powder / essence (can exclude)
pinch of cinnamon1 tbsp butter for frying
Blend together egg, coconut flour, cinnamon, cream and vanilla. Melt the butter and fry the pancake (almost like an omelette) for a few minutes on each side on moderate heat. Serve with whipped cream and berries or just with some coconut flakes and butter or as is…
