Protein 1,4 g
Fat 0,5 g
Carbohydrates 2,0 g
One of my favourites is to boil the B.sprouts for a few mintes, then melt butter (at least 50g) in a frying pan. Chop up a red onion and fry in the butter and then add the B.sprouts. Salt and white pepper.
