Eggs benedict

This is most certainly one, if not THE, favorti of my breakfasts/brunches. And when the Hollandaise is made with proper butter, it just melts in your moth.
I swopped the potatoe rosti unde my eggs for a large mushroom. Really good!

Been a while since I had my bullet-coffee, but I truly LOVE going out for breakfast/brunch!
