Fresh coconut and a seaweed wrap
My brother came to visit. He is a RAW food guy and knows his thing about nutrition, being both a NLP praktitioner and health and life coach. Here he prepared some lovely fresh coconut, excellent source of fat!
He also made wraps with sea weed as the base, and filled it with all organic, leaves, seeds, coconut, avocado and sundried tomatoes. It tasted really good! This I shall start doing, maybe a differend filling, more fat and protein for me, but great base!
