All over I see cakes, cookies, candy and cupcakes… Never mind all the sodas and (sweet) smoothies! There is a lot of focus on sugars (carbs).
And the thing is, it’s so accepted, no-one questions it! Kids (and adults) are eating this daily and think it is quite ok, as it is offered all around and a part of our daily lives.
But what are we doing with our bodies? What are we doing to our kids? What will the result be?
