Scary contents

This cake was on a shelf at my local supermarket. Not even in the fridge…
But the most scary thing is that the ‘best before date’ was at the end of nov! From the date of being baked it is still edible after 10 whole, fridgeless, weeks.
Pretty scary! I wonder what it contains?
