In the US the government have what they call ‘Myplate’… Above is a perfect version of myplate. With this concept I am convinced that the nation would become healthier, thinner and cost less money for the insurance companies.

But instead, the plate actually looks like this:

No wonder the obesity rate in USA has increased drastically since the 70’s. Just have a look at what has happened since the latter of the myplates above was introduced!
