Writing recipes for a book on Low Carb and training
I have 4 weeks of holiday now! Lovely! But I do have some work to do too! I am writing all the recipes to a workout book! Such fun but quite a bit of work!
All recipes must state amount of carbs, protein and fat in each… And the total for a day.
