Chewing gum and weight loss (lack of..)

Do you chew gum? Are you struggling to loose weight? Do you do everything right, eating correctly?

Then the gum can be the answer to your problem.  The body is expecting food, as soon as you start chewing.  Then the body waits with burning fat, co’s soon there is more food coming – or so the body ‘thinks’.  Except gum gives the body no food – only the idea of food.

Quit the gum and I am convinced that you will see results on the scale.  As long as you also eat correctly! 🙂
