Yesterday I did my ‘slow burn’ workout! It feels very short! Takes 20 min and my whole body is worked out! But oh boy, can I feel it today? Geeez! *PAIN* 🙂
None of the exercises exceeded the 90 sec limit! Getting good here.
It really works. I got a friend to come too, she is also in pain! Glad to be going for a massage in a few hours… 🙂
When I got home I had a mug of egg milk! A wonderful protein and fat drink. Great after or before workout, or as a quick breakfast or afternoon, evening snack.
50 g butter
200 ml boiling water
Blend the butter and eggs together with electric blender, add boiling water. Enjoy. You can also flavor it with vanilla, coffee powder, cinnamon, cardamom…
