Love it that good and healthy tips are popping up here and there!

Eggs are mini health bombs. They contain everything you need, bar vitamin C!

So eat eggs, as many as you want, it's best for your body and your health!

My perfect egg should be firmish white and runny yolk.  But not slimy white!

 

How long do I boil my eggs? Depends entirely on the size of the egg!

 

I have a great little egg cooking gadget.  You add it to the pot of water with the eggs.  Bring to the boil and my gadget changes color according to how well done or not, you want your egg. :)

It was a long journey home!  Packing went well, it all fitted in (Ok I admit I had an extra suitcase on trip home)! Bikini hang out to dry till the last minute...

My only dilemma was what to eat on the tirp home! ALWAYS I have had the possibility to prepare food to take with me on all my trips, and in 'worst case' I have sneaked a couple of eggs from the morning breakfast.  But not this time!

 

I was quite nervous about how it would be!

What do you think happened, how did it go?

Eggs are just so good for you! They contain (organic eggs) everything the body needs bar vitamin C (that you can get from cabbage)!

Fats are essential for your body.  So the combination is unbeatable!
