One of my favorite LCHF / Banting breakfasts is at Ellies Deli in Noordhoek. They have a meny devoted to low carb healthy eating. And it is just amazing. Their banting bread is wow! As is shepards pie and many more yummi things. In their shop you can buy ready-made lchf meals, rusks, mayonnaises and many, MANY LCHF products!
