Banting pasta alternativ

Wow! I just cannot get over how South Africa has caught on to the LCHF and Banting way of life. This is so awesome! Every time I go to the shops I am amazed at the availability of products that are low carb. I just bought this pumpkin tagliatelle from Woolworhts. I fried it in lots of butter for a few minutes and it tasted just divine!
Keep it up South Africa!
