Yesterday was a very exciting, and different day! My alarm woke me at 4.15am and at 4.45 I sat under the expert hands of makeup artist Tarryn Fox. At 6 am I was sipping coffee in the Expresso Breakfast Morning Show’s greenroom.
At 7.40 I was live in the studio. Elana interviewed me, she is as amazing as anyone can imagine. Warm, friendly and funny. We spoke about my book, babies, baby food and baby independence. I spoke about the importance of cutting down and cutting out sugars which, today, are a large part of general lifestyles.
We then went over to the kitchen and made three easy low carb and gluten-free dishes. Avocado smoothie, gluten-free pizza and a wonderful watermellon birthday cake.
Wow! What a morning! Blown away! And loved it!
