According to a ‘new’ Australian study, heart patients had a lower survival rate when they consumed more omega-6 than those that did not consume same amount.
We already know that in todays food and eating habits ‘we’ are already consuming way too high amounts of omega-6, which is, amongst other things, inflammatory!
This study from Australia is over 40 yrs old, but it has been ‘lost’ for all these years. Recently it was found and researchers in USA and Australia have started to look deeper into the study.
