Sorry sorry, been hectic
Posted under: I have been working son intece these last few weeks, getting my new book ready and doing all the food, taking the photos (not me but Monica Dart from Cape Town) and started my Swedish LCHF forum… So I am afraid I have been ignoring you a bit on my blog, does not mean I don’t care, just means I have been flippen busy! 
Now I just need to sit down and relax a bit… sooon anyway!
