Low Carb Pizza – the best one!
This is may favourite pizza ever!!! You can’t tell it’s not the traditional pizza with flour base!
My weekend tip to you…
PIZZA BASE:
Per person:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml (1 cup) grated cheese
- spices
- 1 tsp tomat0 puré (add after been in oven)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix together eggs, cheese and spices in a bowl. Place the base on baking/grease proof/non-stick paper on a baking tray (with edges). Bake in the oven for 10-20 min, until base is crispy.
Remove from the oven, spread out the tomato puré.
This recipe makes one pizza, I tripled it for 3 people and used the whole baking tray.
TOPPING:
- Ham
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Tomato
- Blue cheese
- Grated cheese
EXTRA TOPPING AFTER:
- Avokado
- Bearnaissesås
