This is a favourite weekend snack – CHEESE CHIPS!
I love goats cheese for these chips, but any ‘hard’ cheese works. Slice the cheese with cheese slicer and fold double on an oven tray with non-stick paper/surface.
Grill in oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese gains colour and becomes crispy. It burns easy so keep a close eye on the chips. When ready remove from tray and place on a plate or baking rack to cool.
