Let’s have a cream-shake!

Who needs milkshake, sweet and carby?!
This one is awesome, fresh, tasty and yum, yum, yum!

RECIPE

2 portions

5 dl frozen berries (I used raspberries and black current)

3 dl pouring/heavy cream

2 dl sparkling water

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp organic vanilla (the real/pure thing)

Mix together with a mixer, scoop inte tall glasses, add a straw and ENJOY!

    Your recipe reads – 5 dl frozen berries – excuse my ignorance, but what is dl?

    Love your recipes. I have purchased your recipe book, Low-Carb Living for familes. Wonderful yummy recipes. I have changed my eating habits to low carb eating and really enjoying it.
