How LCHF-friendly is coffee?

I really enjoy my coffee, a few times every day... Thought I would find out how many carbs I am consuming!

 

I tested one mug of instant coffee with cream and one mug of filter coffee with cream. 

 

The results are quite interesting! 

I just realized that I consume quite a lot of carbs by drinking instant coffee!

Instant Coffee:

(per serving - one mugg)

 

Protein:                2,4

Fat:                       20,1

Carbohydrates:   4,5

Filter Coffee:

(per serving - one mugg)

 

Protein:                 1,2

Fat:                        20,0

Carbohydrates:    2,2

My conclusion is to cut out instant coffee and cut down on filter coffee!
