Writing recipes for a LCHF book on training and workouts

I have 4 weeks of holiday now! Lovely! But I do have some work to do too! I am writing all the recipes to a workout book! Such fun but quite a bit of work!

 

All recipes must state amount of carbs, protein and fat in each... And the total for a day. 

A challange! I love a good challange!  So here I sit and work a bit, but still enjoying summer...
