Visit from Norwegian Low Carb blogger

The Norwegian low carb blogger, Ronnie W Mathisen is visiting! We shared a lovely LCHF dinner and did a lot, LOT of low carb (high fat) talking!

 

Great hearing about LCHF in Norway and about new ideas and how to venture forward!
