Workout and food

I had a great workout at the gym! 3 exercises for legs, 2 for triceps and 2 for biceps, 2 stomach, 1 chest and 1 back! Full focus, got it done nice and quick, in slow burn style!

 

Then at home I ate one meaty sausage and 2 eggs with 2 Tbsp majo and 1 Tbsp dijon mustard mixed together! Very nice, filling and a good protein boost!
