Healthy and filling breakfast for kids:

1 Portion

 

1 egg

1 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp coconut flour or almond flour or none (just helps to keep it together).

pinch of cinnamon

 

Mix all together.  Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and fry the omelett like a pancake.  Turn over when one side is done. 

 

Serve with freshly whipped cream and berries.  The kids usually love this one!
