A good LCHF snack

This afternoon I thought I would do a Zumba class, but I shall stand on the 'other' side! I am not instructing!

 

At 11am I had an egg brunch so now I have just eaten an avo with mayonnaise. I have to eat 2-3 hours prior to a class though, my stomach just can't deal with food directly before jumping around!
