All just jello!

A session at the gym with a good friend. 

 

We did slow burn, and boy did it burn!!! Arms and legs are like jello, wobbly, shaky and just 'hanging around' ;)...

 

We worked out:

Tummy x 2 exercises

legs x 4

biceps x 1

triceps x 2

chest x 1. 

 

Good going! :) And it does buuuurn!
