Going to be on TV! Filming starting shortly...
TV will be filming me today giving a food course for some people with diabetes 2! Tomorrow it's our 'practical' day! We will go food shopping, reading labels, looking for bad and good things to eat and looking out for 'food traps'!
Then in the afternoon I will be giving them a food cooking course, making various LCHF dishes!
In Sep it will be aired on TV, hopefully with good results! The film team are now setting up all the equipment! Very exciting.
