Filming went very well!

Sweden's biggest TV channel filmed me today while I gave a LCHF course to a group of type 2 diabetics.  They eat 'traditionally' and now are going to totally change their eating habits, do what they have been warned against by 'experts' and eat themselves to better health!

Fat, fat and more fat - that was the biggest topic of the day.  To learn to eat something which you have been avoiding most of your life - that is not so easy.  And of course, there was lots of fat during the day.  Cream with the coffee and lots of cream and butter in the soup I made.

I was quite horrified by the advice everyone had been given på dieticians on what to eat as a diabetic! Bread, rica, potatoes, pasta, fruit, lean meats and hardly any fat! *shivers*!

Even the camera man, who is thin and healthy got convinced about LCHF! He, too was going to change his eating habits instantly!

As I mentioned above, I made a meat soup with lots of butter and cream.  We ate at 1pm and at 5pm (end of todays theory course) everyone was extremely suprised that they were not hungry!!! They couldn't believe it.  Here are people that have been taught to eat regularly, up to 6-8 times a day, and that have major cravings and therefore 'need' to eat.  A very new feeling! *Smile* - This is only the beginning!

Tomorrow is our 'LCHF practical day'! We are going shopping, looking for 'hidden sugars' in food products, and finding good alternatives to eat!

Then it's the actual making of LCHF foods! VERY exciting indeed!

In 3 months we will all meet again with the tv crew to record the results.  The programme wants to bring to light the fact that the medicine industry is selling medication for millions and Sweden is not doing research on the fact that so many people can bet better just by changing the way they eat!  This is BIG! :)
