Saturdays LCHF tips!

  • Eat extra real fat with every meal, that's what fills you up.

  • Measure your waist with measuring tape once a week (if you want to loose weight), more accurate than a scale.

  • Swop the milk in your coffee for full fat cream, it is more filling.

  • At restaurants ask for butter instead of the potatoes, chips or rice.

  • Eat omega-3.

  • If there is one thing you should eat organic, be it eggs!

  • Always avoid E621/MSG!

  • Avoid comforting eating. Buy flowers, a magazine or clothing to reward yourself.

  • We all need 'kicks' in life, find yours in something other than food. A good workout, an exciting film, shopping etc...
