Some Saturday Low Carb living tips:

Saturday again, here are some good LCHF tips to inspire you this weekend!

 

  1. Eat a good breakfast and remember to add at least 2 tbsp butter to whatever you eat!
  2. Keep focus on your choices during the day!
  3. Some sort of 'everyday excercise' for e.g. a walk, gardening, cleaning or 50 situps!
  4. Buy a jar of organic coconutoil - an investment in your health!
  5. Surround yourself with friends that are positive and that don't ciritisize your choices!
  6. If you buy sweets for your kids stick to pure chocolate and or nuts, avoid all strong colours in sweets!
  7. Buy organic eggs - they are by far the best choice for you, nice for Sunday breakfast!
  8. Only eat one portion of food and eat more fat to the food - that is what fills you up.  If you are still hungry afterwards it was too little fat!
  9. Be proud, look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are in control of your life, your body and what you eat. You are good at what your are doing!
  10. Enjoy not only this Saturday, but the whole weekend, live life, feel healthy and feel the extra energy you are gaining from the choices of food you are making! There is a big difference! :)
